Wonderful Old Ceylon Cuisine
Food is cooked in traditional style – slow food, cooked over real fires. The focus is on authentic Sri Lankan dishes including Sri Lankan breakfasts and delicious rice and curries for dinner.
Guests are treated to rare recipes and unique regional dishes. Assorted traditional snacks and sweetmeats are always laid on the table.
However it is also an easy task for our Chef to make western dishes on request and fast food such as burgers and fries especially for kids if this is their preference.
