• Barista
- Age between 18 – 35 (Male / Female)
- Education up to GCE O/L
- Minimum 1 year experience in international coffee restaurant chain or reputed hotel.

• Shift Manager / Supervisor
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in international coffee brand
- Profit and loss accountability
- Competent in the service flow and procedures
- Knows the restaurant concept
- Knows the various payment methods
- Knows the ongoing promotions
- Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff
