Senior Manager - IT Desktop Support

The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing information solutions in hardware, software, and installation support on desktop Personal Computers (PC) and other network computing devices. Provides technical expertise to evaluate, install and maintain both hardware and software solutions to accurately meet the needs of our customers on a timely basis.
