Key Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a team that manages the digital presence of a number of leading brands in the country.
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the digital marketing initiatives for brands under the Cargills group.
- Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders in the execution of these plans.
- Initiating digital campaigns specific to brands.
- Responsible for customer interactions and online reputation management.
- Working closely with the Brand Manager in ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels.
- Oversee all the social media accounts for the designated brands and ensure content promoted is in line with achieving the long-term strategy.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Creating and generating periodic reports on the digital presence of group brands.
Key Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree from a recognised university in a business-related field and/ or a professional qualification such as CIM or CIMA.
- Minimum 2 years’work experience as a Marketing Executive (Relevant FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Understanding of Digital Tools for various purposes such as reputation management, Analytics and Social Media Management
- Excellent Communication skills inEnglish with multilingual abilities being an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
