• No limitation on rooms to be booked by one card
• Discount is applicable for double and triple rooms on half board and full board basis only
• The offer will be valid on the rack rates applicable for the offer period
• Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and resident visa holders only
• The offer is applicable offline only
• Full payment must be made from the HSBC credit card to enjoy the discount
• Cardholder must be present at the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid
• Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes
• Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check in or check out
• Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made
• Standard children's policy / cancellation policy will be applicable in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel
• Offer not valid for all inclusive package, extras, liquor and spa etc
• For cancellations, advance payment is non-refundable
